Usage & top-up terms
- Every priced tier includes a monthly platform usage credit (shown on its card), metered at tier rates.
- Usage beyond the included credit requires a card on file — auto top-up refills in fixed blocks (Indie/SOHO $500; Business/Enterprise $1,000).
- Hard stop, not arrears: without a card, usage stops when the credit reaches $0. You cannot wake up to a surprise bill.
- Top-up blocks are billed at the same metered rates as included credit. Same pattern as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cursor usage top-ups.
- Custom and Sovereign define credit and top-up terms in contract.
Otto Tools
Sellable tools from the Otto Software and Tools line (registered mark, USPTO — Monster Gaming AI, Inc., a Luxedeum company). Each tool ships as its own product with included usage credit and the same card-gated top-up terms as the appliance.
Otto IT Wonder
Otto for IT teams — run diagnostics, automation, and fleet chores on Luxedeum-operated infrastructure. Not yet purchasable; no price is listed because none is set.

- Tax: no tax registrations exist yet. Invoices collect billing address and tax ID so records are audit-ready, but no tax is calculated or remitted today.
- Refunds: manual — issued by hand, no automated policy is wired.
